RMI² provides an Advisors-in-Residence program through which our startups access successful entrepreneurs, business leaders, technology experts, CPA's and attorneys for one-on-one pro bono business advising.

Business Advisors In Residence
	Ehrhardt Keefe Steiner & Hottman PC, or EKS&H (www.eksh.com) is the largest Colorado-based accounting and business advisory firm. The firm will rotate different experts to provide accounting, tax and general business advice to RMI2’s members. EKS&H advisors will be available for half day sessions once per month to answer questions and provide consultation on matters relating to: • Accounting, bookkeeping and taxation • Business strategy and planning • Business finance and financial modeling
CHRIS BANKS Consulting Senior Manager	Chris Banks is a Senior Manager in the Consulting service area of EKS&H and has been involved in public accounting and consulting since 1998, serving primarily manufacturing, distribution, real estate and construction, and professional service companies.
RYAN SANGER Tax Manager	Ryan Sanger is a Manager in the tax service area of EKS&H and has been involved in public accounting since 1999, serving privately-held companies.
